A couple of a cop and a criminal, looking to settle down and start a family hit a roadblock when she finds out she can't have children and the adoption agencies won't accept them because of his criminal record. So their only logical choice: steal one of the Arizona quadruplets, but plans don't always go off without a hitch or repercussions.
